The title UNAFRAID comes from a Danish hymn that was sung during the Danish Resistance when Denmark was occupied by the Nazis—a time when life was difficult and there were many reasons to be fearful.  Consider the words of the hymn: UNAFRAID:

Unafraid where e’er you go
Choosing God to guide you.
Let your course run high or low;
He will strength provide you.

In the darkness undismayed
Like the stars made steady,
When sincerely you have prayed,
Heart and soul are ready.

Give your life for what you love,
Until death be loyal;
God will bless you from above.
Living will be royal.

To  live UNAFRAID is to enjoy a life of learning through its many challenges. Every life has its highs and lows, but you will be strengthened, undismayed and “steady as the stars” when you follow God’s guidance which is available in the teachings of Jesus, through prayer, the support of community, and in being one with nature. Give your life for what you love!  You will be blessed; you will be a blessing.

Hell is not a place; rather it is a state of mind, one of fearfulness.  Fear is a powerful tool, but also a dangerous one. Do not be manipulated by fear or promises that, no matter what  we do, we will go to a place called heaven as long as we believe in certain dogma.
